I believe in keeping my clients informed from the very beginning of a real estate transaction. I want them to understand the process and have them prepared for any hurdles that could come their way. I would like to say the purchase or sale of real estate is seamless but that is not the case. I want my clients to have the impression that I am listening to their needs and that I am there for them throughout the entire transaction.
I have worked in the insurance and real estate industries in various capacities for over 37 years. I retired from a large ranching operation where I was contract administrator. These duties included performing the due diligence on ranch purchases.
My educations includes a BS Degree in History at the University of Wyoming and a Masters Degree in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance and Appraisal.
I am involved with my community Involvement as the Treasurer of the North Platte Valley Medical Center Board, South Central Wyoming EMS Joint Powers Board and serve on the Wyoming Community Foundation Board of Directors .
I enjoy gardening and spending time at our family's mountain cabin. I have been married almost 48 years with one daughter. Being a grandparent is not in the picture but I sure enjoy being a great aunt.
